Concierge for All: Enhancing Responsiveness to GI Patient Needs at UC San Diego Health

Project Overview

This pilot project is a collaboration with Dr. Thomas Savides in the Division of Gastroenterology (GI) at UC San Diego Health. The project aims to improve GI patient care by optimizing workflows, staffing patterns, informatics, and artificial intelligence to address urgent patient needs more efficiently. This includes enhancing response times for patients with GI symptoms and ensuring timely follow-up colonoscopy after abnormal stool-based screening test results.
