Together with our Federally Qualified Health Center partners and the UC San Diego Population Health Services Organization (PHSO), we’re advancing learning health systems science to strengthen community well-being. E-STaR Scholars Program
The UC San Diego Learning Health System Embedded Scientist Training and Research (E-STaR) Center Scholars program develops future leaders in Learning Health Systems science.
